This is why I support Celtic Football Club, these are the things we do as a club and as fans. Jay Beatty who has Down syndrome, is a huge Celtic and Georgios Samaras fan, Jay won goal of the SPFL’s January Goal of the Month award when he scored a penalty at half time when Celtic visited Hamilton in the league to huge roars of encouragement from Celtic fans, was a truly amazing moment for the club, fans, Jay and his family. I don’t get on-line abuse, but Jay had his moments doing a team talk in the changing room, sitting on the team bus, walking on the park with Sammy then another penalty at Paradise. He was awarded the trophy by Charlie Mulgrew. Just an amazing heart warming story. Idiots come and go, memories and amazing moments last a lifetime, something we as a club have, memories and moments just like wee Jay’s. He loves Celtic, we love him, the fans encouragement and signing was just something

Ross Gibson, of Aberdeen, was charged following the Parkhead clash between Celtic and Aberdeen on March 1 for abusing 11 year old Celtic favourite. Gibson appeared in private on petition at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday. He has been charged with behaving in a threatening or abusive manner. He made no plea or declaration and his case was continued for further examination. The 19-year-old, who lives in Aberdeen, was released on bail and is expected to appear in court again later this year.
~~This idiot above aside, NOBODY can take away the wee man’s moment~~
